Trust me, I won't post straight-to-trash albums by uninspired chiptune artists, I only post good solid gives-me-retrogaming-experience chiptune. Like this. FatalExceptionID is certainly worth checking out, he's the artist that got me going on the genre, and this is his last album (he won't make anymore for now). I loved Rocket Girls better, but this is his second best album.

I didn't realize I hadn't posted anything yet by Japanese noisician NRYY. He's a bit fastpaced and perhaps a bit repetitive (in the litteral sense of the word), but he certainly has his good moments. And yeah, we all just fall in love with every Japanese dude who picks up a guitar effects pedal, or don't we do that anymore..?

Earth Incubator + Julia LaDense - Mother-Russia

A new Earth Incubator tape I managed to get my hands on. It's a split with Julia LaDense, a soccer mom gone noise (looks like it). She handles here noise quite well, though she might be too dependent music samples, most of the time too recognizable for my taste. Flight to the Sun by Earth Incubator was something I had heard before though. Boo-points for repeating yourself.

If you haven't heard from this artist before, you should download this album, it ain't his best, but it's worth listening to. And it gives a good overview of what he does in the noiseworld. Make noise. Not wall(-e)noise harsh, but harsh enough to fill plenty of silence. You should also check out the record label, they have some quality releases over there, and I might be posting more of it.

Uitgezonderd - Only The Lonely

This was requested by both the artist and by someone in my shoutbox. This is by a new ambient/noise artist called Uitgezonderd (which means excluded in dutch). I believe he's a painter by profession and he's actually quite good at it. His music is at one point dark ambient, at another point just plain ambient, something he calls Lynchian Ambient (named after the infamous film director). There's also one digital noise track, it gave me quite a scare once it came on after all that soothing ambient.

I found Batman Returns better than Batman, it not only featured the Penguin, but it also had a stronger score. It had many of the same themes throughout the film, but composed in a much better way. The last track is by a collaboration of Danny Elfman and Siouxsie and the Banshees.
